Made-to-Order Production

Most of our products are meticulously crafted to order, embodying the essence of bespoke luxury. Please allow 3-5 business days for production to ensure that each item receives the care and attention it deserves. If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, we will promptly contact you to discuss replacement or refund options, ensuring your satisfaction remains our highest priority.

Free Shipping Offer

Complimentary shipping is offered on orders exceeding $110 within the continental United States. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies. Please note that this offer does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Methods

We entrust your parcels to UPS, known for its reliability and efficiency. While we offer standard ground service, any additional costs for expedited shipping (next-day, 2nd day, or 3rd day air shipments) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

For your convenience and security, we ship exclusively to residential or business addresses, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your purchases. We are unable to accommodate shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving customers within the continental United States.

International Orders

Currently, our beeswax candles can only be shipped to the 50 U.S. states and Canada. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we strive to limit shipping time in warmer climates to ensure that your candles arrive in pristine condition.

Processing Time

Online orders placed after 4 pm ET will be processed the following business day. Expedited order shipping times are subject to the carrier's daily pickup schedule and are only dispatched Monday to Friday, with no shipments during weekends or major holidays.

Special Orders
