Eligibility for Returns
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received. We take great care in packaging your candle to protect it during transit, and we kindly request that you retain the original packaging when returning your item.
- Timeframe: A return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Beyond this timeframe, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@beehealthyscented.com. Our knowledgeable representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
- Secure Packaging: When returning your item, please ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible to maintain the integrity of the product.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.
Refund Process
- Refund Issuance: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases where items are returned in a condition that does not meet our return eligibility criteria, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Exceptions
- Personalized Items: Personalized candles are not eligible for return.
- E-Gift Cards: E-gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Custom Candles: Custom candles created through our Atelier Couture Studio are not eligible for return.
- Unique Crystal Candles: Unique Crystal candles are not eligible for return.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged Candles
We take great care in packaging your candle to protect it during transit. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged candle, please contact us as soon as possible and provide pictures of the damaged candle. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
